Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

PNP programmes are another choice to consider if you can’t apply for permanent residency in Canada simply because you have insufficient points. Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP) are an alternative if there are no other immigration categories for which you are qualified other from Express Entry.

PNP enables the provinces and territories of Canada to nominate people who want to come to Canada and who want to settle in a certain province. Except for Quebec, every province has its own distinct Provincial Nominee Program. Agreements allowing these provinces to choose immigrants who fit their qualifications must be signed with IRCC.

CSPS Immigration is your neighborhood immigration firm that can provide the necessary support and direction to submit a visa application under the provincial nominee program. So why think Contact us today.

Selection Criteria:

The requirements for identifying immigrants who possess abilities that are not readily available locally vary from province to province. The selection criteria and jobs for the potential skill sets, including as information technology, medicine, agriculture, trade, and business, differ throughout provinces.

What Is the Process of This Program?

An applicant must first enter their CRS score into the Express Entry System before applying to a PNP program or application. After that, he or she might submit a separate application for a PNP program. Your application will be in the Express Entry pool for a year, up until the point where you are not chosen for a Canada PR.

A province typically takes 3 to 4 months to process your PNP application. You will be awarded 600 points on your Express Entry Scorecard once the procedure is finished. Your chances of being chosen and invited for a PR at the very next draw significantly increase with the addition of this enormous score.

Benefits of Filing a PNP Application

Upon receiving a Provincial Nominee Certificate, a candidate receives 600 points that are immediately added to their Express Entry scoreboard. Without a PNP nomination, applicants typically receive a score between 400 and 500. Your score will be raised to the threshold selection score by the PNP certificate, and you will be chosen for permanent residency.
